Welcome to The Brain Initiative (TBI)
The Brain Initiative (tbi) is a Consultancy firm that offers comprehensive healthcare services in the area of mental health. We provide these services to Individuals, Families and Corporate Institutions.
The Brain Initiative (tbi) concept was birthed from a desire to support and promote human initiatives that had been stuck at the conceptual stages (in the brain). Most of our problems of daily living arise from conflict with self and others, sometimes, even from a misinterpretation of events or poor insight into an experience. Depressive thinking sometimes follows through and our emotions quickly get caught up like in a whirlwind and destruction is occasioned in its path. At the Brain Initiative, we try to stop this storm while still in a tea cup. We equip our clients with tools for self-monitoring of the storm. Our clients develop a critical internal self-awareness of and develop skills in the following areas:
-
Identification of the different weather types (Awareness of personal dysfunctional and unhealthy environments)
-
Understanding of the signs of weather changes (Signs and symptoms of the effects during and after an experience)
-
How to measure the intensity of different weather types (rain, temperature, wind)
-
How to seek safety and remain safe during a storm (Healthy coping skills)
-
How to rebuild after a devastating storm (Coping with the after effects of experience-loss/transition/trauma)
Our approach to Management Consultancy Services is also uniquely different offering Value for Money per Minute (VMPM). This is a service available to Companies that have the following needs:
-
Corporate Restructuring

-
Critical Incident Support
In meeting these needs, we approach an institution as an organism that may be suffering from an ailment. This ailment could be occasioned by changes in the organization. Some of the observable symptoms of an ailing organization are; poor employee performance, high rate of employee turnover, poor team work, continuous loss and low profit margins, sexual harassment suits, employee apathy, disloyalty to company ethos, employee burnout etc.
When we work with you, we do an initial multidimensional assessment of your company to determine the correct diagnosis of the ailment. A multidimensional assessment helps to zero into the specific ailing and affected parts of the organism. Once these parts are identified, out team moves with surgical precision to administer appropriate treatments at the target areas.
The Brain Initiative also provides Inoculation services to companies. These services are in Risk Assessment, Critical Incident Training, Employee Mental Health Status Evaluation and Support.
